FAQ

Frequently asked Questions:

Who organizes the decoration?

Matching the season, there is a table decoration that we can prepare for you. If you want to be creative, that is also possible.

When can I go to the Rebhüsl on my festive day?

When you can go to the hut depends on whether a group was in the Rebhüsl the night before or not. If no group celebrated the night before, you can go straight to the hut in the morning. If there was a party the night before, the room will be tidied up and cleaned in the morning. Just contact us and we will give you a time.

When do I have to give the number of people?

In order to be able to prepare the food, we need an exact number of people. Therefore, when ordering the food, you should let us know how many people you are. If people drop out at short notice, for example because they are ill, simply give us a call. Depending on how far the preparations are, we can still react. Once the meat is ordered from the butcher, we can't undo it, but we can customize the salads and side dishes. Even if more people come spontaneously, please call us, we don't want anyone to have to go home hungry.

When do I have to commit to a meal?

Since everything is freshly prepared for us, we are relatively flexible. However, you should have decided on a meal at least one week before your party so that we have enough time to buy and prepare everything.

How do I count children for the meal?

Children under 3 years are free with us, all others we calculate with half a portion. You know your guests best, so we ask you to give us a realistic number of people so that there is enough food for everyone. For young people aged 15 and over, we recommend counting them as adults.

What to do if there are vegetarians among the guests?

Don't worry - choose a meal for your group as usual and tell us the number of vegetarians. We will propose you suitable vegetarian menus, which we will prepare for the corresponding guests. Some of our dishes are vegetarian anyway, such as the salad buffet, so it's usually not difficult to add to the food you've already ordered.

where can we park

There is a car park on the right-hand side at the end of Lochhofstrasse. From there a path leads through the vines to the Rebhüsl.

What to do if I have trouble walking?

If you are unable to walk up the path through the vines, please let us know in advance and we will take you up to the festival. Since the sanitary facilities are in the vines, you should also bring someone with you who can support you on this path.

If your question has not been answered here, we encourage you to simply give us a call. Whether you have small organizational questions or larger issues, most questions can be answered quickly with a phone call.
